I would also be interested in knowing how to get the full manual. At the moment those links show a introduction document with 4 pages.

Hello Burgundy,
The Tutorial is now at 89 pages and needs more material (content).
Eighteen months ago I put out calls for new users to "test" the content of the material at that time and received no offers, so I am just ploughing ahead, adding to content when I can.

I have a smaller document "How do I ...?" which is an even simpler manual, specifically aimed at the beginner who is in their first week of Everything.

I am in St John's for this week, not at my real computer, but will try to reply in more detail when I get home.
