Support • Menu item to index content not showing

Hi. I'd like to index text content of a set of folders, and have read the instructions. But when I open Tools > Options, there is no option for content on the left.

The Indexes subhead in the menu looks like this:

Indexes
-NTFS
-ReFS
-Folders
-File Lists
-Exclude

Advice on how to get the content options up much appreciated. Thanks.
