Everything 1.4 has a hidden rename_nav option.
When enabled, you can use Down Arrow key and Up Arrow key to jump to the next/previous item.
To enable rename_nav:
Everything 1.5 supports TAB and Shift + TAB to jump to the next/previous item.

- Copy and paste the following into your Everything search box:
/rename_nav=1- Press ENTER in your Everything search box.
- If successful, rename_nav=1 is shown in the status bar for a few seconds.
