From what I understand you want to delete the folder:

V:\Videos\Movies\The.Best.Movie.1080p



Do you only want to delete the sample file:

V:\Videos\Movies\The.Best.Movie.1080p\Sample\The.Best.Movie.1080p.sample.mkv



or delete the sample folder:

V:\Videos\Movies\The.Best.Movie.1080p\Sample
