As far as "portable" is concerned, if you're talking about something like PortableApps "portable", https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities ... g-portable (rather then simply the "portable" Everything in the .ZIP container), then I'd expect you'd want to be running the file, EverythingPortable.exe (from the PortableApps version), cause if you ran Everything.exe itself, directly, then you would not be running, Portable.
