Please try disabling Windows Explorer hotkeys:
PowerToys can also remap Windows key hotkeys.
- From the Start menu, search for:
regedit - Right click Registry Editor and click Run as administrator.
- In the Registry Editor, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer - In the right pane, right click and click New -> DWORD (32-bit) value.
- Set the Name to:
NoWinKeys - Set the value data to:
1 - Restart your PC.
