It would be quite useful if Fonts and Colors had a style for Folders Sidebar/Results List for "Normal" that applies when an item had been touched in some way within a specified time, default 1 hour (user set, perhaps with a limit, tracking maybe lost on exit), defaulting to "same as Normal" so it's opt-in. So if an item has been renamed or TS modified it is styled differently, I think mostly people would chose a subtly different colour. I think this provides a useful visual feedback for tracking what you are doing much as editors provide coloured margins for lines edited or phones provide haptic feedback. Quite often for example I like to glance back to review what I've adjusted over the past hour. There is the History but I think this is more visually in-place.
