Use Everything 1.5 and test again.

1.5 works much better and seems don't fullly scan so frequently, thanks you.
Although EV still doesn't work during indexing XD.

I already set "never rescan", it doesn't work, and a 2+h scan still happens everytime reconnect/restart NAS.

I'm not quite sure this will help, but maybe you can deactivate those options [x] Automaticially remove offline volumes
or [x] Automaticially remove offline network drives so EV does not remove the index from those sources, but only will rescan for changes, when the NAS/Drive is up again... ?

Worth a try.
